City of San Angelo and Tom Green County offices will delay opening tomorrow due to potential icy conditions on roadways, overpasses and bridges.

With cold weather expected in the coming nights, the Out of the Cold (OTC) program will be activated when the temperature is expected to dip to 35 degrees or lower by 5 a.m. as forecast by the Weather Channel for the San Angelo area.
